Interdependence: The Wrong Solution, a Bad Idea

Imagine was John Lennon's second major release apart from the Beatles. It was released in the in 1971, and it was his most commercially successful album. He hoped that "one day we would live as one," but did anyone really know what he was talking about at the time?

(YouTube link)

Imagine there's no heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people
Living for today...

Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace...

You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will be as one

Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world...

You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will live as one

If you consider what John Lennon wanted, it is a very different world than what we live in today. It seems like fantasy than anything that could be based on reality.

Global Interdependence
Imagine speaks of sharing, the concept of community, brotherhood of man, and that the world will live as one. What do all of these have in common? Interdependence - it is a relationship between its members, such that each is mutually dependent on the others. It offers a prescription for change, based on partnership, and it goes hand-in-hand with the concept of community of the Communitarian. "Collectivism" refers to any philosophy or system that puts any kind of group before the individual, and they depend on the interdependence of the group. Ultimately, it weaves together New Age religious concepts and the sugar-coated, unrealistic dream of a peaceful global utopia.

Interdependence is a word we will hear more about. Let's look closer at how it has been used in the past.

New Age and Theosophy
The New Age, as we saw in the feudal system Hitler attempted to build with National Socialism, are systems that are being used to accelerate the transformation into the mystery religions - but on a global scale. Mysteries and pagan rituals were introduced into the mainstream of the German nation during Hitler's time in power - and they were all connected to the occult teachings of Madame Helena Blavatsky, Annie Besant, and Alice Bailey. Alice once said:
"Steadily and regularly, the general public must be taught an internationalism and a world unity which is based on simple goodwill and on cooperative interdependence."
The teachings of Theosophy heavily influenced Adolph Hitler. Other notable world leaders touched by Theosophy have written about interdependence throughout history, including Karl Marx, Mahatma Gandhi, Franklin D. Roosevelt, and Stephen Covey, a well-known Mormon.

Karl Marx first used the term interdependence in the Communist Manifesto (1848) in describing the universal interdependence of nations in comparison to the old local and national seclusion of independence and self-sufficiency.[2] Marx and Engel's social relationships and processes were associated with feudalism, including the interdependence of the church and state, and the economic interdependence of families.

Feudalism: a system that is interconnected and interdependent.

Interdependence of the Environmental Movement
Ironically, the environmental movement also calls for interdependence. Members of the David Suzuki Foundation team wrote a Declaration of Interdependence in 1992 for the United Nations Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro. The purpose was to recognize the integral and interdependent nature of the Earth, and all of its systems - human, economic, nature...[3]

This is David Suzuki. Note his statement on the "politics of need". He uses the dependence upon man's political system, instead of his dependence upon God.

Interdependence in Unity in Diversity
What is taking place on a global scale is the same method of training used in the U.S. military through their Human Relations training. Since they bring so many recruits together who are culturally and politically different, they teach soldiers and airman to be tolerant of physical, racial, cultural, social, religious, and political differences. They teach you that there can be unity, based on an understanding that difference enriches human interactions.

Coincidentally, the Baha'i Faith, a New Age/NWO religion, has made "unity in diversity" their "watchword" for their inclusive belief system.

On another level, the Unity in Diversity World Council has produced their own goals for interdependence. Their site provides their thoughts on unity, then states:
"We the People therefore proclaim our interdependence; We shall kindle the torch of hope, link hands over space and time, and fulfill our interdependence through action."

Slowly, the world's elite are molding a global Democracy. With the promotion of tolerance and unity, it has made it easier to live in a country with blended cultures. But there has always been a grander scheme in mind...one global spirituality and loss of national sovereignty.

The coin, which bears the words “unity in diversity,” was minted in Belgium
and presented to the heads of G-8 delegations. (Click on image.)

    The Interdependence Movement
9/11 had a significant part in the start of the Interdependence Movement.

Interdependence Day has been celebrated since September 12, 2003, and has turned into a global movement, with 9 global cities and dozens of other locations celebrating this day. The celebration of Interdependence Day has in turn generated a wider movement, the Interdependence Movement, which has a year-round focus.

Former President Bill Clinton explains to Larry King what the definition of "interdependence" is.

    (YouTube link)

Who has been celebrating this New Age Interdependence Day? New York City, San Franciso, Scranton, PA, churches, as well as the Transition Towns.

    Conclusion
Christian interdependence is important to the life of the Church. We are to love one another, not think more highly of ourselves than we should, not act according to selfish ambition or conceit, but rather operate according to the faith, which is a gift of God. We are to recognize and depend upon one another’s gifts, and look out for the interests of other believers (John 13:34-35; Romans 12:3-6; Philippians 2:3-4). This is true biblical interdependency.[4]

Please don't misinterpret what I say by thinking that we should trust in man alone. We are dependent on His Holy Spirit, and we are to walk and live in obedience and service to Him - ministering within the Body. We aren't to be fully dependent on man. "Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD."  (Jer. 17:5)

The 'god of this world' is using interdependence for the purpose of the New World Order. Interdependence is man dependency on man for man's agenda...leaving the God of the Bible out of the picture. The environmentalists are serving the "god of this world" via the "brotherhood of man". Interdependence is being pawned off as a solution to the world's problems, and it is setting up the antichrist system. It is a system that will remove our national sovereignty, and eventually create a seat for a single world leader. At no time does scripture tell us to be dependent upon a world system, or to have unity with the unbelieving world - unless it is for the purpose of spreading the Gospel.

"And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you..." 2 Cor. 6:16-17

Jerusalem: Religious leaders launch interfaith environmental campaign

(AFP) Christian, Jewish and Muslim leaders in the Holy Land joined forces Monday to launch a multi-faith environmental campaign, citing religious injunctions to protect the Earth across their three faiths.

Among their plans are the convening of an international conference of religious leaders in New York ahead of the 2012 United Nations General Assembly, a North America public relations campaign and training future clerics on the importance of environmental issues, one of the organizers said.

At the Jerusalem launch of the Interfaith Center for Sustainable Development, Rabbi David Rosen noted that the obligation upon humans to care for their surroundings comes near the very beginning of the Bible.

"That is the original charge in the first chapters of Genesis, given to the first man and woman, not purely to develop, to till the land, but also to protect it ... to conserve it," he said, to nods of agreement from a Roman Catholic bishop and the Palestinian deputy minister of religious affairs.

"The main religions should really study the ecological crisis together, because our destiny is common," Bishop William Shomali said. "If Earth is polluted it is polluted for Muslims, Christians and Jews." (Read more)

Global Warming: Mikhail Gorbachev and Maurice Strong's Trojan Horse

Mikhail Gorbachev "a lifelong Communist who clawed his way to the top of the murderous power structure of the Soviet Union, presided over the continued Soviet genocide of Afghanistan, and supported worldwide Communist repression, terrorism, and nuclear proliferation to terrorist states,[1]" is the founder and president of the Green Cross International, a non-governmental organization. This organization has been heavily involved with the environmental movement and the Global Warming agenda.

Along with Maurice Strong, they restarted the Earth Charter as a civil society initiative. The drafting of the text was done during a six-year worldwide consultation process (1994-2000), overseen by the independent Earth Charter Commission, which was convened by Strong and Gorbachev with the purpose of developing a global consensus on values and principles for a sustainable future.[2] Following the launch of the charter in the year 2000, the Earth Charter Commission turned over responsibility for the oversight of the Earth Charter Initiative and fundraising to a Steering Committee. In 2006, the Steering Committee was replaced by the Earth Charter Initiative Council, in which Gorbachev resides as a co-chairman.

The stated mission of the Earth Charter Initiative is:

"...to promote the transition to sustainable ways of living and a global society founded on a shared ethical framework that includes respect and care for the community of life, ecological integrity, universal human rights, respect for diversity, economic justice, democracy, and a culture of peace."
As you will see, the mission statement and the charter provide a means to bring about a global government, which is based on communist ideology and New Age beliefs. The papyrus in which the Earth Charter is printed on is held within the Ark of Hope. A wooden chest was created as a place of refuge for the Earth Charter document. It is basically a New Age knock-off of the Ark of the Covenant.

Ark of Hope aboard the Clearwater sailing into New York City.

    Mother Earth (Gaia) Worship
The commandments, being held within the ark, were meant to worship Gaia, the mythical Greek Earth Mother goddess. Each panel of the ark represents one of the five traditional elements of pagan worship: water, fire, earth, air and spirit.[3]

According to the Ark of Hope website, the Ark's dimensions are 49" X 32" X 32" and it was crafted out of a single Sycamore plank. The Sycamore tree was sacred to most all the pagan religions in the Middle East during biblical times. To the Egyptians, the Sycamore was a healing tree. The tomb of Osiris was built in Sycamore wood, and shaded by Sycamore trees. Burial in Sycamore coffins was a symbolic return to the womb of the mother goddess; and the deceased hoped to live in the Sycamore tree.
    [4]

    Contents of the Charter Explained
Based on the analysis by Contender Ministries, the charter’s preamble lays the groundwork for world government:
We must join together to bring forth a sustainable global society…. We urgently need a shared vision of basic values to provide an ethical foundation for the emerging world community.”
To facilitate this goal, nations must:
“Avoid military activities damaging to the environment” (6th Principle), and “Demilitarize national security systems to the level of a non-provocative defense posture, and convert military resources to peaceful purposes, including ecological restoration” (16th Principle).
Obviously, any bomb dropped and any bullet fired can result in damage to the environment.  In line with United Nations’ objectives, these principles will effectively eliminate the military powers of nation-states, and excesses will be redistributed to underdeveloped nations.

In the interest of fostering “sustainable economic development”, the United Nations and associated organizations have been strong proponents of population control measures like China’s one-child policy.  In the Earth Charter, this is echoed in the seventh principle:
“[nations must] Ensure universal access to health care that fosters reproductive health and responsible reproduction.”
This is a euphemistic way of endorsing population control, and consequently abortion as part of family planning.

Under the auspices of the Earth Charter, Christians could find themselves committing a violation of law by evangelizing to non-Christians.  The charter states that nations must:
Eliminate discrimination in all its forms, such as that based on race, color, sex, sexual orientation, religion, language, and national, ethnic or social origin.”
While the wording sounds noble, this clause could possibly find that evangelism is a form of discrimination based on religion.  What of our religious freedoms?  The authors of the Earth Charter recognized that many will be reluctant to give in to all these new demands, but:
“…we must find ways to harmonize diversity with unity, the exercise of freedom with the common good.”
In other words, if the United Nations deems that your freedoms are contrary to the common good, your freedoms will be sacrificed.

According to end-times prophecy, the temple in Jerusalem will be rebuilt.  The question of ‘how’ or ‘when’ remains elusive, as the temple mount is currently under the control of the Muslims, who have no intention of relinquishing it.  The Earth Charter may provide the means for the fulfillment of this prophecy.  The twelfth principle calls on nations to:
“Protect and restore outstanding places of cultural and spiritual significance” [emphasis added].
What do the Charter founders have to say publicly?

“The real goal of the Earth Charter is that it will in fact
become like the Ten Commandments.” Maurice Strong

“Do not do unto the environment of others what you do not want done to your own environment....My hope is that this charter will be a kind of Ten Commandments, a 'Sermon on the Mount', that provides a guide for human behavior toward the environment in the next century.” Mikhail Gorbachev

    Maurice Strong

While Maurice Strong, is regularly credited as founding father of the modern environmental movement. In this early BBC interview filmed in 1972, Strong is already propagating the lie of Global Warming.

This is some of the research done by Jesse Ventura: Conspiracy Theories.

    (YouTube)

Strong currently serves on the board of directors of Chicago Climate Exchange[3]
. Along with Gorbachev, Strong was a leading initiate of the Earth Summit in the early 90s, where the theory of global warming was advanced.

    Gorbachev's Other Work
Mikhail Gorbachev also founded the Gorbachev Foundation. The foundation is located in San Francisco, CA, and where Wikipedia says it is active in researching the Perestroika era, current issues of Russian history, and politics. The foundation's site says it contributes to the strengthening and spread of democracy and economic liberalization through a program of advocacy, research, and education.

If you look closer, he calls for a kind of perestroika, or restructuring of societies around the world, starting in particular with that of the United States. He believes that the economic crisis shows that the Washington consensus economic model is a failure that will have to be replaced. According to Gorbachev, countries such as Brazil, Malaysia and China, which rejected the Washington consensus and the International Monetary Fund approach to economic development, have done far better economically on the whole, and achieved far more fair results for the average citizen, than countries that accepted it.[5]

In 1995, Gorbachev founded the "State of the World Forum." It meets regularly to advance mostly far left ideas, including Global Warming.[6]  Presently led by Jim Garrison, they push toward an 80% decrease in energy use by the year 2020. They say that "at the very most, we have about ten years to act before natural forces spin out of any human capacity to control events." You can see their big business and private supporters here.

    Agenda 21
Agenda 21 is a comprehensive United Nations plan of action to be taken globally, nationally, and locally by organizations of the United Nations system, governments, and major groups in every area in which human impacts on the environment. It is a blueprint for global transformation.

Agenda 21 is a UN law document, whereas the Earth Charter lays out the principles which laws and regulations will have to promote and enforce. The Agenda 21 architects were Mikhail Gorbachev and  Maurice Strong.

    Conclusion
The driving force of the environmental movement is not for a cleaner planet — or a world that doesn’t get too hot — but a leftist, egalitarian urge to create a totalitarian government. The Bible teaches that in the last days the world will be under control of a one world government, so we know this will eventually occur. We also know that this final kingdom with give all authority to a single leader (the beast), who will rule the world with an iron hand. The days of the United Nations ruling the world government are not far off. Some day in the near future the door of the huge horse will open, and the surprise that was being held inside will emerge. Were you fooled?

Jeremy Rifkin: "On the Brink of Our Extinction"

Jeremy Rifkin claims that agricultural, especially the beef industry, causes more global warming than all of the transportation industry.

He is really saying that we should all give up meat. If we are dying from our capitalistic affluence from eating grain-fed meat, then it's the natural progression to give it up for the good of all.

    (YouTube link)

In part 2, he says that animal husbandry should be taxed, and we should go to a Mediterranean diet. This diet doesn't totally give up meat, but acts as a side dish, with vegetables, pasta, legumes, and grains being the main dish.

In part 3 he explains that we are beginning to enter a third industrial revolution, so we will have to begin to think differently as we gain a global consciousness. In a global community, everyone depends upon everyone else, where we no longer serve self interests. Sound like Communism to me.

There is a major flaw in this plan. Drought has not been figured into this equation. Perhaps this is part of their eugenics program.

What sort of world will this be in another 20 years? We can only ask, "Come quickly, Lord Jesus!"

Agenda 21: The UN's Plan to Save the Earth

Agenda 21 is the unrighteous undertaking of the United Nations to create a global green movement to save the earth. It is a radical New Age game plan, said to be able to simultaneously slow global warming and world economic disparity woes which has gained major backing from key world leaders. One of the prominent endorsers is Jeremy Rifkin.

In Rifkin's book titled The Emerging Order, he leads you through the origins of liberal thought (from Calvin) and tries to create a sympathetic view of the liberal's obligation to save our depleted planet. To do this, he points at the ugliness of greedy, self-interested capitalism, and tries to see the righteousness of the compassionate ways of liberalism. He blames the goals and depletion of the world's natural resources on capitalism. He wants us to transition the world from the "age of growth" to the "age of scarcity," and has his game plan ready.

Rifkin's compassionate views of liberalism are not so compassionate. Many of his views are directly from the Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels. He's concerned about:
    • The growing world population depleting the planet. (although he doesn't promote killing people off)
    • The world's ability to produce enough food for the population.
    • The obligation of the poor to provide for the rich. (redistribution of wealth)
    • The belief that if we should spread our wealth around. Forcing the redistribution of wealth from the "have" nations to the "have not" nations. (U.S. companies moving overseas)
    • The concept of private property will shift to consumer goods and services, but not land - all being in our public duty.
    • The serious concern for global warming and the desire for a more sustainable means of living.
With the assistance and lies of Jeremy Rifkin, the United Nations has been able to adopt Agenda 21. It is a sustainable development plan for the environment, and it is our obligation to help. Here is more about the UN plan.

    (YouTube link)

These people are not a group of whiners. It stems from the knowledge that the earth running out of resources and global warming is based on a lie, and it is all about the control of the population. Unfortunately, we're along for the ride!

"Effective execution of Agenda 21 will require a profound reorientation of all human society, unlike anything the world has ever experienced — a major shift in the priorities of both governments and individuals and an unprecedented redeployment of human and financial resources. This shift will demand that a concern for the environmental consequences of every human action be integrated into individual and collective decision-making at every level." - UN Agenda 21

    One last thought
One of the points in his book that I found especially disturbing are his comments on redistribution of wealth. He equated world missions with the redistribution of wealth. In a comment about Pat Robertson, one of the kings of world missions, Rifkin stated:
"...Robertson has gone much farther than the other electronic evangelists in advancing the issue of economic justice. In a recent edition in his newsletter to supporters, he called for a jubilee year, the cancellation of debts between rich and poor nations, and a greater concern over the need for all Christians to serve as good stewards, protecting God's creation and sharing God's resources equitably."  (pg. 103)
To clarify, I don't believe world missions are evil. There is a difference between sending cash to a world mission, and supporting a missionary family from your church. It is the desire of the missionary to reach a people group, whereas it is the objective of world mission to redistribute wealth.

    Jeremy Rifkin: Spooky Dude #3

If there were ever a man who was part of the Illuminati, Jeremy Rifkin surely is. I say that because I have been reading a couple of his books, one written in the late 1970s, the other in the early 80s. The ideas put forth in these books are now being implemented. Glenn Beck calls George Soros a "spooky dude," but Rifkin has to be a close third, with Henry Kissinger being #2.

I first learned about Rifkin from Constance Cumbey's book A Planned Deception: The Staging of a New Age 'Messiah.' She said that he was a New Ager who was interviewed by Pat Robertson on the 700 Club, and promoted Rifkin's book. Cumbey wrote that "Robertson praised Rifkin's Entropy unpublished manuscript," which was part of a Bantam New Age book series. It examined the concept of a Year of Jubilee which Rifkin's viewed as "fundamental redistribution of wealth."  Cumbey stated that "One way Rifkin says we will have the moral courage to make this changeover or voluntary redistribution of wealth is through a new metaphysical orientation - a new world view."

Rifkin's new worldview called for voluntary poverty, simplicity, communal sharing, a reduction in the world's population, etc. When this interview was originally broadcasted, she said it didn't appeal to the CBN or TBN crowd, being heavy into the wealth and prosperity doctrine. The fact is that he has a goal of changing the world's economic system to facilitate the coming paradigm shift.

Rifkin has become the principal architect of the Third Industrial Revolution. This is based on the premise that we are at the end of the Industrial Age, which has caused our earth to run out of natural resources. It is a long-term economic sustainability plan to address the challenge of the global economic crisis, energy security, and climate change. It will be a Green Industrial Revolution. Remember these books were written over 30 years ago.

As you may know, apocalyptic prophecies are a common theme in mind control cultism. His vision of an approaching collapse of civilization has been in the making for a while. He also spoke about a “transformation.”  The word was used to describe a planned, intentional “Second Reformation” (now called “New Apostolic Reformation”). An early proposal for a “Second Protestant Reformation” appeared in The Emerging Order. He wrote that it "could provide the kind of liberating force that could topple the prevailing ethos and provide a bridge to the next age of history."  It was as though it were a blueprint for the Evangelical movement.

I you are new to my blog,
"The New Apostolic Reformation is a movement in Protestant Christianity largely associated with the Pentecostal and Charismatic movements. The basic thesis asserts that God is restoring the lost offices of church governance, namely the offices of Prophet and Apostle. The New Apostolic Reformation has Pentecostal and Charismatic origins, with those traditions' interpretations of the nature of the ongoing ministry of the Holy Spirit within a believer. Unlike mainstream Protestant Christianity, these include the performance of miracles (such as healing), prophecy, and the direct revelation of Christ to each believer.

Although the movement regards the Church as the true body of saved believers, as most Evangelical Protestants do, it differs from the broader Protestant tradition in its view on the nature of church leadership, specifically the doctrine of Five-Fold Ministry, which is based upon a non-traditional interpretation of Ephesians 4:11."[1]
    Who is Jeremy Rifkin?
Jeremy Rifkin is founder and president of the Foundation On Economic Trends, an American economist, writer, public speaker, political advisor and activist. Rifkin's work explores the impact of scientific and technological changes on the economy, the workforce, society, and the environment. He is an intellectual thinker and is a futurist.

He holds a degree in international affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. Jeremy Rifkin is the founder and chairperson of the Third Industrial Revolution Global CEO Business Roundtable, comprising more than 100 of the world's leading renewable energy companies, construction companies, architectural firms, real estate companies, IT companies, power and utility companies, and transport and logistics companies.

Now, this is where the rubber meets the road. Rifkin has advised both the European Commission and the European Parliament. He has also advised Prime Minister José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero of Spain during its presidency of the European Union. Rifkin also served as an adviser to Chancellor Angela Merkel of Germany, Prime Minister Jose Socrates of Portugal, President Nicolas Sarkozy of France, and Prime Minister Janez Janša of Slovenia, during their respective European Council Presidencies, on issues related to the economy, climate change, and energy security. [2]

Rifkin and his ideas are not without controversy. He is the author of seventeen books on the impact of scientific and technological changes on the economy, the workforce, society and the environment. He advocates a new type of economic thinking. His books have been translated into more than thirty languages and are used in hundreds of universities, corporations and government agencies around the world. Rifkin is one of the highest rated speakers on the international lecture circuit on the topics of globalization, sustainability and shifting to a new energy era and low-carbon economy. [3]

The following is a series of unrelated videos in Rifkin's own words.

    The Third Industrial Revolution
    Rifkin has been quoted saying:
“We are on the cusp of a new energy era and a new economic paradigm that will literally “empower” hundreds of millions of human beings to create their own energy and share their surpluses with neighbors across regions, nations and continents. The democratization of energy gives rise to a new Distributed Energy Vision in the 21st century that will change our economic, cultural and political institutions as dramatically as the Enlightenment vision that accompanied the first industrial revolution two centuries ago.

According to Rifkin, “the same design principles and smart technologies that made possible the internet and vast “distributed” global communication networks, are just beginning to be used to reconfigure the world’s power grids so that people can produce renewable energy and share it peer-to-peer, just like they now produce and share information, creating a new, decentralized form of energy use.”

He says, “We need to envision a future in which millions of individuals can collect and produce locally generated renewable energy in their homes, offices, factories, and vehicles, store that energy in the form of hydrogen, and share their power generation with each other across a continent-wide intelligent intergrid.” [4]
Why are they doing this? They would say it will save the people who live on this planet, but it's all about money, power, and control.

Glenn Beck: 'Let There Be Stuff'?

Sounding alarm on dangers of environmental extremism that is entering into the Church. It manipulates the Bible to move the green agenda.

    (Fox News link)

"The God of Ancient Babylon was Baal...Ancient Babylon and the Tower of Babel...the king said basically, "You know what? We're all going to be one. It's the first Socialism - Totalitarianism. The God of Ancient Babylon, Baal, was the god of weather, war, and commerce. The reason why is that he who controls the weather, then can make money from the plantings, and can also wage war (because he can control the weather). This is the same god! The environmentalists are now worshiping the ancient god of Babylon! The god of weather! They are saying, "You've got to worship the god of weather! That way there won't be war, and there will be commerce, and we can all live. It's repeating itself from the very beginning." ~ Glenn Beck

Climate Change Used as Excuse For Population Control

(Canada Free Press) The major target for the Club of Rome was a population that was improving quality of life, health and the pursuit of happiness. It argued this was achieved by unsustainable exploitation of resources and destruction of nature.

As they explain; “If the present growth trends in world population, industrialization, pollution, food production, and resource depletion continue unchanged, the limit to growth on this planet will be reached sometime within the next one hundred years.”

It’s 40 years on and the predicted end is nowhere in sight despite efforts to amplify, distort and falsify evidence. It is wrong like all other predictions made by members of the Club, especially the population predictions of Paul Ehrlich and John Holdren. In 1971, Ehrlich recommended reducing the US population from its then 205 million because it was unsustainable. Despite this, pursuit of Club goals is more active as members control national and international finances and economies, hold political offices, or work through many private agencies under the guise of saving the planet. It is not a conspiracy, but pursuit of a political philosophy that has failed everywhere and anywhere it was tried. (Read more)

UN warns climate change could trigger 'mega-disasters'

SYDNEY (AFP) – Weather-related catastrophes brought about by climate change are increasing, the top UN humanitarian official said Sunday as he warned of the possibility of "mega-disasters".

John Holmes, the UN Under-Secretary General for Humanitarian Affairs, said one of the biggest challenges facing the aid community was the problems stemming from changing weather patterns.

"When it comes meteorological disasters, weather-related disasters, then there is a trend upwards connected with climate change," Holmes, who is in Australia for high-level talks on humanitarian aid, told AFP.

"The trend is there is terms of floods, and cyclones, and droughts." (Read more)

"Climate change for us is not some future indeterminate threat, it's happening in front of

Glenn Beck: Why Obama is merging the green agenda with churches

    (YouTube link)

Glenn begins by talking about the way social justice has been made one of the missions of the church. This is all review, but now churches will be asked to get on-board with the green agenda measures (06:11 on counter) and immigration reform (08:20). Net neutrality reform will also be pushed on the Church to protect our children. All of these are a manifestation of living the Gospel.
"On the subject of immigration because I think the church is going to have to play a very major role in how we, how people are treated. The cardinals, the archbishops, the bishops that come to me and say we want you to pass immigration reform and I said but I want you to speak about it from the pulpit. I want you to instruct your, whatever the communication is — they — the people some oppose immigration reform are sitting in those pews and you have to tell them that this is a manifestation of our living the Gospels." Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the House
The recommendation by Glenn's guest was what truly got me. It's amazing how he can speak the truth out of one side of his mouth, and manipulate and lie with the other. I could not find the interview, however his guest has been on before and is the writer of the book Glenn was weeping over last week. His guest suggested that Christians sign the Manhattan Declaration to stand on the principles our country was founded on. The Manhattan Declaration is nothing more than an interfaith scam document that attempts to bring faiths together in attempt to remove barriers and blend us as one; even though they are not truly Christian. It's the old bait and switch for Glenn.

    Earth Week, April 19th - 23rd

On Thursday, April 22nd, we will celebrate the 40th anniversary of Earth Day. When our country celebrated the first Earth Day, I was in high school. Although I don't recall the celebration, I can remember when the Hudson River was being used as a dumping ground for the local factories, which ultimately caused the river to die. The environmental movement at that time was a good thing.

But as the years have gone by, it has become more of a matter of control. Although they have been taking care of gross realities of the way we live, it has brought about new laws - and plans for stricter adherence. Perhaps the symbol used for Earth Week could have been used to foretell the revolution of the New Dawn we discussed the other day. The sad fact is that the people behind the environmental movement are worshipers of the Earth religion - which is Neopaganism, a form of the New Age movement.

Although we celebrate it in April, the United Nations Earth Day ceremony has continued each year since on the day of the March equinox (the United Nations also works with organizers of the April 22 global event). The significance of this timing was not a matter of picking a date out of a hat. March 21st - 22nd is a celebration within the occult for the Goddess Ostara (Ishtar). March 21st is one of the Illuminati's Human Sacrifice Nights. [1]

The following article is by Joseph Farah from WorldNetDaily. He discusses how we have gotten away from worshiping the Creator to worship the creation.

Red Letter Christians are equating the modern environmental movement, which portrays man as an intruder on planet Earth, with common-sense conservationism – what biblically literate Christians called "stewardship" of Creation.

They are not synonymous. In fact, they are opposites.

In Genesis 1:26-28, we are told: "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth." The ecumenical dimension of climate change

"In a very threatening and very disturbing way, the climate crisis brings us together as one humanity, as one fellowship of believers, as one church," said Olav Fykse Tveit, the General Secretary-elect of the World Council of Churches (WCC).
"We are called to show a sign of what it means to be one humanity, of what it means that God loves the whole world," Tveit said. As churches come together to offer this sign, addressing climate change "is uniting us in a very special way: as churches, as believers."
The message that God loves the world and every creature on earth "has been the heart-beat of the ecumenical movement facing climate change," said Tveit, recalling the long history of WCC concern with ecological matters.
In an ecumenical perspective, the concern for creation has always been linked to the concern for justice and peace. "It is not a matter of saying this is a planet for some of us," said Tveit, "this is a planet for all of us."
This point was also stressed by Jesse Mugambi, from the University of Nairobi and a member of the WCC working group on climate change. "The world is a world in which we are all relatives, but somewhere along the line we decided […] to treat each other as strangers", he said.
Mugambi explained that in Africa, climate change is already causing both severe droughts on the one hand, and flooding on the other. With the help of maps he showed that those parts of the continent rich in water and cultivable land are also the areas of greatest conflict. Such a conflict "has nothing to do with ethnicity, it has to do with resources."
For Mugambi, the role of Christian faith and religion in general – through its leaders, theologians and ethicists – is that of "bringing us back to the norms" that can contribute to address a challenge like climate change.
"We are not talking about 'helping' African countries", Mugambi said. "It is not a matter of 'help,' but of survival for all of us."

Climatic Research Data Hacked & Found to be Cooking the Books

Electronic files that were stolen from a prominent climate research center and made public last week provide a  glimpse into the behind-the-scenes battle to shape the public perception of global warming.

While few U.S. politicians bother to question whether humans are changing the world's climate -- nearly three years ago the U.N. Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change concluded the evidence was unequivocal -- public debate persists. And the newly disclosed private exchanges among climate scientists at Britain's Climate Research Unit of the University of East Anglia reveal an intellectual circle that appears to feel very much under attack, and eager to punish its enemies.

In one e-mail, the center's director, Phil Jones, writes Pennsylvania State University's Michael E. Mann and questions whether the work of academics that question the link between human activities and global warming deserve to make it into the prestigious IPCC report, which represents the global consensus view on climate science.
