Bill O'Reilly Panics After Ron Paul Brings Up 1953 Iran Coup

Bill O'Reilly has a lively discussion with Ron Paul, when he doesn't permit Ron to tell what the US has done in the past in Iran and other Middle East countries. Once the truth slips out about the Neoconservatives agenda, O'Reilly shuts that part of the discussion down. Apparently the threat of Iran developing a weapon is still 10 years away. The reason why U.S. national security has been jeopardized is because the U.S. has deliberately gone into Middle Eastern countries and taken them over. Knowing that 9/11 was payback for our foreign invasions, Ron Paul still voted to chase a fictitious bogeyman into Afghanistan. Interesting insight that exposes lies and truth from both sides.

The Big Payback Time

John Perkins, in his book The Confessions of an Economic Hitman, talks about the years he worked for an international consulting firm where his main job was to convince less developed countries around the world to accept multibillion-dollar loans for infrastructure projects. He would see to it that most of this money ended up at the military industrial complex companies of Halliburton, Bechtel, Brown and Root, and other United States engineering and construction companies. He also worked for the U.S. government, in which his dealings led to dire consequences on the victimized countries. In the following video, he talks about his experience. US to Deploy Combat Ships to Singapore

 U.S. military is planning a greater presence in the world

The United States plans to station several Navy combat ships in Singapore, as Washington is mulling stepping up deployments to the Philippines and Thailand.

(Press TV) "We will station several of our newest littoral combat ships" in Singapore, Admiral Jonathan Greenert stated in an academic article, referring to the presence of the US Navy in the region by the year 2025.

In the article Greenert alludes to the negative effect of the current economic crisis on future military expenditures, adding that "because we will probably not be able to sustain the financial and diplomatic cost of new main operating bases abroad, the fleet will rely more on host-nation ports and other facilities where our ships, aircraft, and crews can refuel, rest, resupply and repair while deployed."

He said that the US may also increase the deployment of aircraft - which are used to track submarines - to the Philippines and Thailand.

US President Obama announced last month that the United States would post up to 2,500 marines in the northern city of Darwin, Australia, by 2016-17.

The United States already has approximately 70,000 troops stationed in Japan and South Korea.

Russia has criticized the redundancy of US military forces near its borders, including the establishment of missile array systems in Poland and Romania.

A top Russian military official says Russia will generate a new intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) to surmount a potential US missile system in Europe.

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad claims that the violence in his country are through false allegations and distortion. Assad tells Barbara Walters that the violence is by terrorists, and not by his troops.
