The story is that Nazis landed on the moon 70 years ago and have been biding their time to launch an invasion. During the time they have been waiting, they construct a huge fleet of flying saucers. They decide they’ve been waiting long enough, take to their fleet of flying saucers, and begin a full scale attack of Earth.

Could this be the final move that Dr. Carol Rosin warned us about? Is this movie giving us "buzz words" that provide us some insight into what will happen next?
After posting Buzz Words: Genetic Hybrids and Rothschild Zionism, I viewed the movie Icke's YouTube was based upon. Since that time, I re-wrote the post. If it didn't make any sense previously, it may make sense now.
The Illuminati eye was being used in Hollywood as far back as 1988.
If you don't want to watch the movie, mainly because of the profanity and nudity, you may want to read the plot from Wikipedia. There are some interesting parallels to what some are saying will occur in our future, such as:
Shortly after the story begins, you find that there is severe unemployment, possibly an economic collapse, and the main character finds himself living in a shantytown near the edge of the city. The movie apparently is set in L.A.
The church near the shantytown is trying to warn people about the truth that alien human hybrids are secretly inhabiting the planet. They are being persecuted for introducing radical ideas.
It's a police state.
The main character learns that the aliens' primary method of control is a signal sent over television, which is why the general public cannot see the aliens for what they are. A special set of sunglasses, then later contact lenses, permits the group to see which people are hybrids.
The movie makes the viewer realize the way people are manipulated through the television. During 1988, when the movie was released, they probably thought this was all a figment of someones imagination. It will be just a matter of time and we will see if Icke has been telling the truth.
The concept of a human “genetic hybrid” involves combining the DNA of a human with that of another species, be it non-human, to create a new species. Most of the hybrid proposals involve mixing 50% of human DNA with 50% of non-human (animal or extraterrestrial) DNA.[1]
In this video featured on David Icke's website, buzz words are used to convey one such plan, based upon an excerpt from an old Hollywood movie. All of this is based on the assumption that David Icke is a mouthpiece for the Illuminati.
As you watch, you should know that the movie was altered from the original motion picture. Icke's editor altered the television set from the original scene and changed it to expose Michele Bachmann and the Zionist scheme. Zionists can be either Jewish leaders of the global elite, or those within our own country who support the Rothschild Zionist agenda.
In this particular video, Icke's editor is trying to convey the message that whether the Zionists are Reptilian hybrids or human, they must be stopped. Hollywood's message seems to be: alien human hybrids are in control, and this is the plan for the future. The creature in the scene was actually a person indoctrinated into the world's system, and the man with the sunglasses is given the ability to see who are the indoctrinated alien hybrids are. Some would say the elites have no code of ethics. It makes sense, but isn't it still true that some unbelievers think they can define his own code of behavior. Based upon this premise, in some twisted way it could explain why the elites tell us all they plan to do before they do it.
Have you ever noticed how much information David Icke, Gerald Celente, Jesse Ventura, Ron Paul, and G. Edward Griffin have to offer? Sometimes you have to wonder how they come up with the secret details they stumble upon, and how they predict major world events before they happen. Are they being fed information by the global elite, and then acting as their mouthpiece? Where does their ultimate allegiance dwell, if bottom-line truth be known?
Lindsey Williams: Mouthpiece for the Oil Elites In a 2009 recorded presentation of Lindsey Williams, who may also be a minion for the elite, claims that the elite must publicly disclose their plans before carrying them out. Although there has never been a full explanation for it, he goes onto say that the elites will tell you what they will do, which countries they will do it in, and how it will be done. He explains that through the use of buzz words, or code, they tell the world what their next step is. Some of these buzz words can be seen or heard in Hollywood movies and the National media.[1] [2]
From Lindsey's estimation, based upon the buzz words of the media and Hollywood, the elitists are planning a:

Oil crisis
Economic crash
The dollar will deteriorate in direct proportion to the increase of gold.
E.T. invasion
Major inflation
Dr. Rima Laibo
Another instance of the elites telling the world what their next step is through the message being conveyed by Dr. Rima Laibo. She appeared on the scene warning the world about Codex Alimentarius, and a eugenics program that will reduce the world's population. Rima exposed a plan by the government to create a covert plan to remove over-the-counter vitamins and supplements from stores, and a plan to reduce the population by 90 percent by reducing fertility and castrating males.
Her warning is heard by the audience, but who exactly is Dr Rima Laibow? Susan, a Christian YouTube researcher, explains that Laibow's husband, Gen. Stubblebine is tied to Michael Aquino, the founder of the Temple of Set. Aquino and Gen. Stubblebine are also in a partnership that teaches students remote viewing, a technique whereby a viewer can "look" at a remote location - like witchcraft.
What is the deception taking place here? Does this reflect all the signs of telling the plans of the elite before they carry them out? It is suspicious that Rima Laibow has a dark side and obviously contributing to Satan's cause. Susan believes the truther organization is luring innocent people in for a bait and switch, thus using it as a front for the Temple of Set. What do I think? Perhaps its all of the above.
