Lt.Gen. (Ret.) W.G. Jerry Boykin: The Church Must Rise Up

In a New Year's Conference presentation at Rick Joyner's church, Retired Lt. Gen. Boykin fuels the lie that our founding fathers were Christian men (10:00) and that the Church is called to build God's kingdom on earth (15:15). General Boykin speaks about how the Church has been passive for too long, and challenges believers to rise up and become a mighty army. (Video link)

In another more recent Morningstar TV video, General Boykin warns that the media has misrepresented what is occurring with the Egyptian revolution. He explained that Mubarak came into power only after Anwar Sadat was executed by the Muslim Brotherhood; brought about by negotiations with Israel, culminating in the Egypt-Israel Peace Treaty. Boykin claims that Egypt was a Christian country before Mubarak, at least until it was overtaken. Mubarak has kept the Muslim Brotherhood suppressed since being dictator.

Gen. Boykin goes onto explain that there are presently two countries in the Middle East that are run by Democracy; Israel and Iraq - with the remaining being ruled by dictators. He does not believe that the revolution in Egypt was being driven by pro-Democracy proponents. This is because of the new Muslim Brotherhood leader and the recent statements and actions this new leader has taken.

The one interesting thing he did have to say is that Marxism and Islam run parallel, up to a point. If you look at the theologies of both, they look very much alike.

Concluding Remarks
A few days after Mubarak's resignation, the media is still calling Egypt's new government a Democracy. Although Gen. Boykin viewed the Muslim Brotherhood as a threat, perhaps he was trying to wake-up and rally Rick Warren's dominion group with the scary reality that one day they might have to live under the authority of the Muslim Brotherhood. It was the anti-Muslim rant that any a Freemason would have loved.

In his presentation, he commented that Egypt was once a Christian country, but this is not true. Christianity has always been a small minority in Egypt.

After a little research, I learned who Lt. Gen Boykin is. According to Wikipedia:

"In 2003, Seymour Hersh claimed in the New Yorker (US) that Boykin was a key planner behind Rumsfeld's Special Forces approach to fighting the War on Terror. Furthermore, when Boykin was questioned in a congressional inquiry regarding similarities between current War on Terror special operations and USA's Phoenix Program during the Vietnam War, he said: "I think we’re running that kind of programme. We’re going after these people. Killing or capturing these people is a legitimate mission for the department. I think we’re doing what the Phoenix programme was designed to do, without all of the secrecy." [It was an assassin squad.]

In 2005, Seymour Hersh also claimed that the US had begun to undertake secret, off-the-books, covert missions in Iran to identify key targets for possible strikes in destabilizing their nuclear facilities, and against the larger War on Terror, with the chain of command for the commando operations falling to Rumsfeld, Cambone and Boykin. Hersh claimed these allegations came from "very, very senior" sources, but the Pentagon sharply criticized the article stating that "Mr. Hersh's article is so riddled with errors of fundamental fact that the credibility of his entire piece is destroyed."

As you will see in the Wikipedia write-up, Boykin has long identified Islam as being the enemy. We already know that this is a globalist plan that goes back to Freemason General Albert Pike. So, this should make us wonder if Lt. Gen Boykin is working undercover for the CIA to further the Masonic plan, or perhaps he's brainwashed from working too many military blood baths. My conclusion is that he was fear-mongering at the Morningstar church to rally the New Apostolic Reformation crowd, since there was never any mention of globalism. He must be thinking, "There is nothing like a good battle between the Church and the world!"

CPAC is an annual gathering of conservatives, which this year served as the first call of potential 2012 Republican presidential candidates. Ron and Freemasonry
Ron Paul had a great speech, but I still have to wonder how genuine he is - since he is a Freemason. I want to believe him, but he may be saying what our itching ears want to hear.  The speech carries all the right opinions, but knowing he is a Freemason - you have to question the source.

By the time a Mason reaches the 33rd degree, they have learned and maintained the purity of the Luciferian doctrine. Franklin D. If this is the case, the "struggle" which would occur after Ron Paul won the election, would bring about the "desired result." So what might the elite "desired result" be in this case? Perhaps a revolution to get rid of a boatload of dissenters, the Federal Reserve, and demilitarization, all in one fell swoop - which would fit nicely with the Masonic motto, Ordo Ab Chao, Order out of Chaos. After the dust settles, who would be on top? What does our Bible say? We get world government no matter what! 

Astronomers Suggest Protocol for Letters to Aliens

Messaging to extraterrestrial intelligence (METI) is a branch of study concerned with constructing and broadcasting a message toward habitable planets. The development of a consistent protocol for messaging to extraterrestrial intelligence is being created to provide constraints and guidelines for the construction of a message in order to maximize the probability that the message effectively communicates. 

A METI protocol considers several factors including signal encoding, message length, information content, anthropocentrism, transmission method, and transmission periodicity. Once developed, the protocol will be released for testing on different human groups worldwide and across cultural boundaries. 

An effective message to extraterrestrials should be understandable by humans, and releasing the protocol for testing will allow us to improve the protocol and develop potential messages. The development of a METI protocol will serve to improve the quality of messages to extraterrestrials. [1][2]

Well-meaning Christians are Working to Set up the Antichrist's Kingdom

In her book Tongues, Prosperity and Godhood, Dr. Cathy Burns explains where the false teaching of Kingdom Now, Dominion Theology, and Reconstructionism is leading us. She explains:

"Yes, the Kingdom Now, Dominion Theology, and Reconstructionists believe that mankind must establish the Kingdom of God on earth before Jesus can even return again. So, naturally, they also deny the rapture of the bride of Christ. We must discard the Biblical doctrine of the rapture in order to establish an earthly kingdom. However, there is one major problem in establishing the kingdom here on earth now. According to the Bible, there will be a kingdom on earth, but it will not be God's Kingdom - at least not the kingdom of the Christians' God!

You see, the kingdom that will be established here on earth will be under the rule of the Antichrist! The sad part is that many people who are well-meaning and sincere are working to set up this kingdom for the Antichrist while actually believing that they are working for Christ's Kingdom.

In addition, it is now being taught that this world will continue to get better and better until the whole world is evangelized by the Gospel. For example, David Chilton claims:

"Our rule is going on now, on this earth...and the extent of our rule coincides with the progress of the Gospel. As it increases, so does the dominion of Christians...Eventually, through evangelism, the reign of Christians will become so extensive that 'the earth will be full of the knowledge of God, as the waters cover the sea' (Isa. 11:9). Edenic blessings will abound the world as God's law is increasingly obeyed..." [1]

The Bible, on the other hand, talking about the second coming of Christ, forewarns us:

"Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition..." (II Thess. 2:3)

Elsewhere we are told:

"that in the latter time some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron..." (1 Tim. 4:1-2)

II Timothy 3:1 prophecies "that in the last days perilous times shall come." These perilous times will be like this:

"Men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemous, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, truce breakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasure more that lovers of God; having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof" from such turn away." (II Timothy 3: 2-5)

Isn't this a perfect description of our day? Is the world really getting better and better with all of the abortion and homosexuality taking place? Are the Christians really coming into power and taking over the world for Christ? According to Daniel, a prophecy for the end time about the Antichrist's rule, reveals that he:

"made war with the saints, and prevailed against them...And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High..." (Daniel 7:21, 25a)

 "they shall deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my names sake...And because iniquity shall about, the love of many shall wax cold...and then shall the end come" (Matt. 24:9, 12, 14b).

According to Wikipedia, Kingdom Now Theology states that although Satan has been in control of the world since the Fall; God is looking for people who will help him take back dominion. Those who yield themselves to the authority of God's apostles and prophets will take control of the kingdoms of this world, being defined as all social institutions, the "kingdom" of education, the "kingdom" of science, the "kingdom" of the arts, etc. [2]

Bill Johnson, a well-known Word Faith teacher, explains the teaching. I think the Kingdom Now theology would be easier to understand, if it were backed by Scripture. The modern teaching originated in the Latter Rain Movement, and is connected to the New Apostolic Reformation, Spiritual Warfare Christianity, and Fivefold ministry.

Obama Signature Creates 'Continental Perimeter'

(WND) Barack Obama and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper quietly have taken a major step toward erasing the border between the two nations with a new "Beyond the Border" bilateral declaration.

In a ceremony designed to remain below the radar of national public opinion, Obama and Harper bypassed Congress to sign on the basis of their executive authority a declaration that put in place a new national security vision defined not by U.S. national borders, but by a continental view of a "North American perimeter."

It happened Friday, the day the Obama administration usually pushes through issues that it prefers the media ignore.

By signing the declaration, the Obama administration has implemented without congressional approval a key initiative President Bush began under the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America, moving the United States and Canada beyond the North American Free Trade Agreement, commonly known as NAFTA, toward a developing North American Union regional government.

The declaration signed by the two heads of state and titled "Beyond the Border: A Shared Vision for Perimeter Security and Economic Competitiveness," was described as "For Immediate Release" on the websites of the White House and the Canadian chief executive. (Read more)

Obama Reappoints Religious Freedom Ambassador

 

(CNN) President Barack Obama has renominated his stalled pick for international religious freedom ambassador, likely extending a controversy over the pick and over the White House’s approach toward religious freedom issues.

Obama first nominated Suzan Johnson Cook, a prominent Christian pastor, to the post in June. But a Senate Foreign Relations Committee vote on her confirmation dragged on until December, as one senator reportedly put a temporarily hold on the nomination.

Obama nominated Cook again on Monday.

Some have faulted the Senate for declining to confirm Cook, while others have criticized the White House over the nomination, saying she lacks the experience for the job and that the administration has shown little urgency in filling the post, which has been vacant for two years.

The position of ambassador at large for international religious freedom was created in 1998, when President Bill Clinton signed the International Religious Freedom Act. The law, which also mandated a commission to  draw up annual reports on the state of religious freedom around the world, sought to make promoting religious freedom a more central goal for U.S. foreign policy. Dr. Cook has a long list of credentials, including a Master of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary in New York City, NY.[1] Allow me to tell you about her school.

The Union Theological Seminary is best known for its Communist activity. It is an extremely liberal school, and was funded by John D. Rockefeller, Jr. He helped choose the site for its location, and gave a gift of $1,083,333., which was 25% of the goal that had to be raised. The seminary was founded in 1836 under the Presbyterian Church, and is currently affiliated with nearby Columbia University.

In the book "Billy Graham and His Friends" by Dr. Cathy Davis, she uses a quote from Manning Johnson, a former Communist official, who was the Communist candidate for U.S. Representative from New York 22nd District in 1935. He explains one of the tactics discovered by early Communists, which would destroy religion. It was to infiltrate the Church in influential educational positions. By using this tactic,

"The plan as to make the neck of the funnel through which thousands of potential clergymen would issue forth, carrying with them an ideology and slant which would aid on neutralizing the anti-Communist character of the church, and also use the clergy to spearhead important Communist projects."

 The ecumenical movement depended upon theological seminaries like this one. Wilhelm Pauck, a professor of Church History at Union, wrote that schools like his seminary were important in the development of ecumenical theology. He knew it would shape the future of religious bodies in America.[2]

It is interesting to note that Dietrich Bonhoeffer was a student and also taught for a short time at Union. He brought his views of ecumenism to Union, and they provided to him a broader view of taking ecumenism to the world Church. [3]

Lastly, Union Theological Seminary was prominent in nurturing the World Council of Churches.[4]

It will be interesting to learn what the new Ambassador for Religious Freedom will bring to our country.

Jerusalem UFO and Rider on a White Horse in Cairo are Signs of Maitreya

LONDON, February 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Two miraculous phenomena have recently been seen by millions worldwide on television and the internet: a glowing UFO hovering over Jerusalem's Temple Mount, and an ethereal figure in white riding a white horse through the crowds gathered in Tahrir Square in Cairo, Egypt, captured on video.

The UFO was filmed by at least three different witnesses. The Sydney Morning Herald reported: "Perhaps more intriguing is the fact it was shot from various angles that all seem to be in sync, particularly at the moment when the object flies upwards at high speed." UK's Channel 4 News noted that the videos appear to show "the exact same ball of light" and that "the mystery deepens as flying is forbidden above the sacred site, so the light cannot come from a plane".

What do these phenomena mean? Who is creating them? What is their significance at this time of crisis and change?

He also confirms that the Rider on the White Horse was a blessing from Maitreya to show the immensity of what the Egyptian people are doing, and that he is with them in their struggle for justice and freedom. Maitreya has often appeared as the Rider on a White Horse - an age-old symbol for a teacher to come. Many now expect the return of their awaited Teacher, whether they call him the Christ, Messiah, the fifth Buddha, Krishna, Kalki Avatar or the Imam Mahdi. [1]

The Lausanne Movement and the NAE

Billy Graham is one of the most beloved and respected evangelists of the 20th century. He is also one of the most compromised Christians of our time. His involvement in the ecumenical movement is well documented, he's a 33rd degree Freemason, and he has several questionable friendships in high, crooked places. He has publicly endorsed the National Council of Churches and the World Council of Churches, both known Communist fronts working toward the one world religion.[1] He has embraced Universalism unashamedly in his old age.

Over 30 years ago, as Graham started preaching internationally, he united all evangelicals in the task of evangelizing the world. One of the most influential documents in modern Evangelical Christianity is the Lausanne Covenant, and was written and adopted by 2,300 evangelicals at the International Congress on World Evangelization in Lausanne, Switzerland.

The covenant is a Christian religious manifesto promoting world-wide Christian evangelism. The first Lausanne conference, held in 1974, brought together 2,700 Christian religious leaders from over 150 countries and was called by a committee headed by Graham.

This leads me to believe that the National Association of Evangelicals have long supported ecumenism and their goal of unity. As you read in the last post, Leith Anderson, President of the NAE, has been appointed to the Presidents new faith council. It is important to note that Anderson signed the Manhattan Declaration, recognized as an ecumenical document/pact between leaders of socially liberal denominations.[3]

Anderson didn't think to stop there. He also signed the interfaith document "A Common Word Between Us and You" in 2007.  This document opened interfaith dialogue between Christians and Muslims. Among the organizations backing the dialogue were the World Council of Churches (WCC), and the World Islamic Call Society (WICS), a network with about 600 affiliated Muslim bodies. It calls for peace between Muslims and Christians and tries to work for common ground and understanding among both faiths, in line with the Qur'anic commandment to "Say: "O People of the Scripture! Come to a common word as between us and you: that we worship none but Allah" and the Biblical commandment to love God, and one’s neighbour. [4]

I realize that many of the local churches do not adhere to what is taking place within their national denominational headquarters. The problem is that the financing of the denominational headquarters is funded by the local churches. The local church keeps the monster breathing. I regret to say that it will eventually gain strength and trickle down to the local level. This is a difficult time for the informed to live in. 

Obama’s New Faith-based Council

The White House named its new council for the faith-based office late on Friday afternoon.

Some big mainline Protestant names here, including Presiding Bishops Hanson and Jefferts Schori of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, and Episcopal Church, respectively. Also of note: Leith Anderson, head of the National Association of Evangelicals; [1] Dr. Frank S. Page, president emeritus of the Southern Baptist Convention; Father Larry J. Snyder of Catholic Charities USA; the Rev. Joel C. Hunter, senior pastor of Northland, a Church Distributed; the Rev. Jim Wallis, president of Sojourners; and Richard Stearns, president of World Vision.[2]

President Obama appointed Joshua DuBois, a former associate pastor and advisor to the President in his U.S. Senate office and campaign Director of Religious Affairs, to lead this office. "Joshua understands the issues at stake, knows the people involved, and will be able to bring everyone together – from both the secular and faith-based communities, from academia and politics – around our common goals," said President Obama.

 

The Office of Faith Based and Neighborhood Partnerships will focus on four key priorities, to be carried out by working closely with the President’s Cabinet Secretaries and each of the eleven agency offices for faith-based and neighborhood partnerships:

• The Office’s top priority will be making community groups an integral part of our economic recovery and poverty a burden fewer have to bear when recovery is complete.
• It will be one voice among several in the administration that will look at how we support women and children, address teenage pregnancy, and reduce the need for abortion.
• The Office will strive to support fathers who stand by their families, which involves working to get young men off the streets and into well-paying jobs, and encouraging responsible fatherhood.
• Finally, beyond American shores this Office will work with the National Security Council to foster interfaith dialogue with leaders and scholars around the world. [3]

The importance of this last priority is the catch. One of the responsibilities of the National Security Council is to help meet the UN Millennium Development Goals.[4] This new council will be used to speed up the progress being made to create a world government and the one world religion. The National Council of Churches and the World Council of Churches, both a known Communist front, have already adopted the Millennium Development Goals.

Southern Baptist Convention has resigned from a new interfaith coalition

(RNS) A top leader of the Southern Baptist Convention has resigned from a new interfaith coalition, saying some fellow Southern Baptists felt it was inappropriate for him to support the building of mosques.

Richard Land, who heads the SBC's Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission, told organizers at the Anti-Defamation League that "many Southern Baptists share my deep commitment to religious freedom and the right of Muslims to have places of worship."

At the same time, "they also feel that a Southern Baptist denominational leader filing suit to allow individual mosques to be built is 'a bridge too far."'(Read more)

World Interfaith Harmony Week - Working Toward One Religion

The week is intended to encourage people of all beliefs and even those of no set religious beliefs, to build harmony, cooperation and understanding through dialogue. It has at its heart the precept of “Love of God and love of the neighbour."

Scheduled activities at the conference begin today. URI (United Religions Initiative), the world’s largest grassroots interfaith organization, has helped launch the first annual United Nations World Interfaith Harmony Week, February 1-7 2011. The new URI has provided ideas for action by individuals and groups alike, including interfaith gatherings, community service projects and social networking as ways to bridge the religious divide and build relationships of trust.[1]

URI is a global network of 500 grassroots organizations, called Cooperation Circles, dedicated to peace and justice through interfaith and cross-cultural cooperation. This organization was all founded by California's Episcopal Bishop William Swing in 1996.

The week of interfaith dialogue all sounds wonderful, until you know just where it will all lead - a one world religion. The unification of the various national identities, races, and religions can only be achieved through the eradication of sin. That means only through the Lord Jesus Christ can we become perfectly one.

Framework for Extraterrestrial Communications Proposed

(IT News) Earth's previous attempts to contact intelligent, extraterrestrial life could be too disorganised or cryptic for non-human beings to decode, US physicists have reported.

In a submission to the international journal, Space Policy, postgraduate astrophysicists Dimitra Atri, Julia DeMarines and Jacob Haqq-Misra suggested that a protocol be developed to improve the likelihood that messages would be understood.

The messaging to extraterrestrial intelligence protocol (METI, pdf) would include constraints and guidelines for signal encoding, message length, information content, the researchers wrote.

It should also specify a transmission strategy, they said, suggesting a simple physical or mathematical language with the signal repeated regularly to avoid being overlooked as noise.

The researchers suggested transmissions use either 1.42 GHz or 4.46 GHz frequencies to coincide with radio frequencies commonly observed in nature, and assuming "modest technical capabilities" of an extraterrestrial receiver. (Read more)

God's Holy Mountain: The Temple of Satan

There is presently a kingdom being built on earth for the Antichrist, and we are nearing its completion. Before Lucifer can rule, the leaders of the world must bring unity in diversity. Boundaries can only be removed and bring about a world government, when the people of the world can build bridges between faith and spirituality. This has long been the goal of Freemasonry, Knights of Malta, Unitarianism, the  Baha'i faith, the goals of the occultic organization of the Theosophical Society, as well as the Vatican. Their desire is to show the world that there are multiple, valid pathways to God, and to bring about a leader who will rule.

This interfaith approach has already taken root in Israel. These important steps have been accomplished:

• A modern Sanhedrin was established in October 2004, and they follow a multi-religious approach in terms of scriptures, such as Isaiah 56:7: “For My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations.” This verse is interpreted in error to lend credence to a multi-religious way by recognizing unbiblical faiths.
• Several interfaith organizations have been created to open dialogue between the people of different  faiths. Founded in Israel, there is the Interfaith Encounter Association, and the Elijah Interfaith Institute, just to name two. Prominent religious leaders are appointed and participating in both of these groups, and they meet together during the year.

One important project of the Interfaith Encounter Association is called God's Holy Mountain. Based on part of their website vision statement, they want to transform:

"... the Temple Mount from a place of contention to a place that is truly God's Holy Mountain, a house of prayer for all people (Isaiah 56:7). It is a vision of fulfilling the ultimate mission of Judaism, Christianity and Islam and the original purpose of the Temple, for the entire world to worship the One God together in peace." 

"The image shown depicts a rebuilt Temple in peaceful proximity to the Islamic and Christian shrines in Jerusalem, in fulfillment of the purpose of the Temple to manifest the One God to the entire world. This vision is absolutely not about compromise for Jews, Muslims, or Christians. Rather it is about radical fulfillment of a basic tenet of Judaism, Islam, and Christianity, and other religions of the world, to manifest the One God on earth by worshipping the One God together in peace. It is about a transformation of the Temple Mount to reflect the ultimate prophetic character of God’s Holy Mountain.[1]

From the Bible we know that the Third Temple, which will be built in Jerusalem, will be the temple of the false Messiah. In this way he will try to ensure that the Jews do not accept the once for all sacrifice of the true Messiah on the cross. Furthermore, he will use this temple to declare himself to be God in the Holy of Holies (2 Thess. 2:4; Dan. 11:31; Matt. 24:15-21). By then, the temple of God will have become the temple of Satan.[2]

The Interfaith Encounter Association works as part of the Partner Cities Network of the Council for a Parliament of the World’s Religions (CPWR). The IEA is also a member in the Committee of Religious NGOs at the UN and a founding member of the Partnership Committee for the United Nations Decade of Interreligious Dialogue and Cooperation for Peace. [3] I suspect this temple will be the only one that will gain approval to be built.

Ecumenism and the Three Threads of the Charismatic Renewal

Cardinal Leon Suenens ( 1904-1996)

The ecumenical house of deception has many windows. The following finding connects the ecumenical movement of the Roman Catholic Church with that of the Charismatic movement. If it were not for Cardinal Suenens, the Charismatic Renewal would never had entered the Catholic Church. Once it did, leaders from the Pentecostal, Protestant Charismatic, and Catholic church felt a need to bring the three streams of renewal together in a more formal way. With 50,000 registered attendees, this was the biggest and most inclusive gathering of "baptized in the Spirit believers" in modern history. With Cardinal Suenens as the papal liaison, the 1977 Kansas City Conference on Charismatic Renewal, " was the largest and most inclusive ecumenical assembly in the history of American Christianity." Almost half of the participants were Roman Catholics. This new body of Charismatics were not separatists, but rather reformist in character.[1][2]

According to Dave Hunt, the guiding hand behind the Charismatic movement, who likewise used it to further Rome's ecumenical aims, was Cardinal Leon Joseph Suenens. He was a recipient of the ecumenical  Templeton Award for Progress in Religion in 1976, and was given a special mandate to oversee the worldwide charismatic "renewal movement" in the Catholic Church, an assignment that was reconfirmed by John Paul II.

The Cardinal was influential in the General Council formed in the early 1970s by Shepherding and Protestant/Catholic charismatic leaders. It was at the General Council when Cardinal Suenens provided a blueprint plan for an alternative agenda.[3] He believed that once there was communion in the spirit, there would eventually be physical unity. [4] The Council then began to guide the ecumenical charismatic movement for years from behind the scenes. The minutes for its May-June, 1977 meeting reveal that a "covenant relationship" was entered into with Cardinal Suenens, which included the following:

"We, as a Council, are committing ourselves to work together with the Cardinal for the restoration and unity of Christian people and world evangelization in projects to be mutually agreed upon. In each project, headship, authority and method of functions will be mutually determined by the Cardinal and the Council in the light of the requirements of each situation."

Dave Hunt continues, "World evangelization" with Suenens? What naiveté! Cardinal Suenens hosted and gave the opening speech at the Second World Conference on Religion and Peace in Louvain, Belgium in 1974, which received Pope Paul VI's blessing. Delegates were particularly impressed with the important role that religious unity will play in establishing the coming world government. A continual call was sounded for "a new world order." Under Catholic leadership, the Louvain Declaration stated,

Buddhists, Christians, Confucianists, Hindus, Jains, Jews, Muslims, Shintoists, Sikhs, Zoroastrians and still others, we have sought here to listen to the spirit within our varied and venerable religious traditions...we have grappled with the towering issues that our societies must resolve in order to bring about peace, justice, and ennobling quality of life for every person and every people....

We rejoice that...the long era of prideful and even prejudiced isolation of the religions of humanity is, we hope, now gone forever.We appeal to the religious communities of the world to inculcate the attitude of planetary citizenship ....[5]

Examples of Compromise

As you may recall from one of my earlier articles, Kathryn Kuhlman did not like to conduct her services without Catholic priests on her platform.  Her personal secretary wrote:

"Nothing thrilled Kathryn more than to have thirty or forty Catholic clergymen, especially if they wore clerical collars or, better yet, cassocks, sitting behind her while she ministered. Somehow it seemed to lend authenticity to what she was doing — and helped create the proper climate of a trust and understanding which was so necessary for a miracle service." (Daughter Of Destiny, p. 221.)

Benny Hinn also has a connection with the Catholic Church, and has been invited for a private audience with Pope John Paul at the Vatican.

Reunification

Deception has long been used by the Vatican to lure the "separated brethren" of Protestantism back into the fold, but uniting all religions under Rome, as Revelation 17 indicates. The means and motivation behind doing this has long been part of Freemasonry. According to Dr. Cathy Burns, in her book Billy Graham and His Friends, Cardinal Suenens was a Freemason.

The interesting part of this resurgence in the tongues movement is that both Freemasons and Jesuit priests have been on the sidelines providing encouragement and guidance all along. When the parts of the Roman Catholic Church were baptized in the Holy Ghost, they did not turn their back on the Catholic church, it only provided more fuel. Suenens stated:

"Since I have had this [charismatic] experience, my allegiance to the Holy Father as the Vicar of Christ in the world has been heightened and strengthened. My appreciation for Mary as the co-redemptress and mediatoress of my salvation has been assured. My appreciation of the mass as the sacrifice of Christ has now been heightened." Final Comments

My only desire for doing research on the Charismatic movement is to completely understand how and why tongues for today are not valid manifestations of the Spirit. I received the baptism many years ago, and could never receive a valid explanation for my experience after I left, other than what I saw in the Book of Acts. I did walk away from it at one point in my walk with Christ, but only returned to it again later. Once I learned I was deceived by my involvement with the Word of Faith movement, only after leaving it, I began to dissect every experience I had and balance it with Scripture. When I find information about the Roman Catholic Church, the baptism experience, and their direct connection with the ecumenical movement, how could anyone not have their eyes opened and continue down the same path?

Eboo Patel & Religious Pluralism

The annual Davos 2011 Summit has invited dozens of religious and spiritual leaders to hash out issues like business ethics and the morality of markets in the company of presidents and corporate titans. Unfortunately, there is no video on the session at this point. However, in a CNN article, a conference attendee Dr. Eboo Patel, a Muslim American youth leader, commented, "I've been pleasantly surprised by how full the faith and values sessions are, and with business leaders asking really searching questions; I think they get it."

Who is Eboo Patel? He is a member of President Barack Obama's Advisory Council on Faith-Based Neighborhood Partnerships. He is an American Muslim and founder and executive director of the Interfaith Youth Core, a Chicago-based international nonprofit that aims to promote interfaith cooperation. Patel serves on the Religious Advisory Committee of the Council on Foreign Relations, and is an active member of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs.[1] 

On YouTube, Patel speaks to a group on behalf of Tides Foundation on the topic of religious pluralism. The Tides Foundation is funded by George Soros, which supports tolerance. Religious pluralism and tolerance go hand-in-hand. It is a belief that all religions are equal in their truth claims. Tides goal is to encourage people of faith to overlook their differences, and focus on open, friendly dialogue. The type of dialogue that attempts to dumb-down Christianity. But the Bible tells us:

 "Whoever transgresses and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. He who abides in the doctrine of Christ has both the Father and the Son. If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, do not receive him into your house nor greet him; for he who greets him shares in his evil deeds." 2 John 9-11

Just as a side-line, have you heard the name Patel before? Raj Patel was mistakenly identified as the Maitreya, the world teacher Benjamin Creme has been predicting for 35 years.
