The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are visiting Singapore on the first stop of their nine-day Diamond Jubilee tour. They are also being sent to Malaysia, the Solomon Islands and Tuvalu, still possessions of the throne. Other members of the Royal Family will be touring parts of the Queen's territory, however this royal couple has been receiving all the press.
The Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II is a multinational celebration throughout 2012, marking the 60th anniversary of the accession of Queen Elizabeth II to the thrones of seven countries upon the death of her father, King George VI, in 1952. [1]
