The Department of Peace Act: H.R. 808 of 2011

New Age leaders have been diligently working on proposed bill H.R. 808 in plain view. The Department of Peace is a proposed cabinet-level department of the executive branch of the U.S. government. The concept has been a work in progress since 1793, and several bills have been re-introduced over the past 200 years. [1]Soon after Pres. Obama took office, there was a risk of it being passed into law. Since it has not been signed to date, there is a 2011 version of the bill waiting for approval.

New Age leader Marianne Williamson has teamed up with Senator Dennis Kucinich to lobby Washington DC for a Department of Peace. In the following video, Sen. Kucinich explains to an audience how the passing of this bill will create a structure to avert conflict. It goes into domestic considerations, such as: domestic violence, violence against gays, child abuse, racial violence...all of which he believes represent challenges to our humanity. This would give rise to a series of organizations that will place controls on violence. They believe these are all hate-crimes in some way, which will give the government an excuse to create a bigger government.

As Walter Cronkite explains, if the bill is passed, it will be a radical change in the way we do business in our country - a revolution of sorts. As he sends up several red flags, including the one about the animals and birds, you get a sense of what this all means. You begin to realize that peace isn't what this bill is really about - that it is about control? Let's look at this promo for the DOP by the Senator.

Is what they are proposing realistic? As long as there is sin in the world, there will always be domestic violence, child abuse, and racial problems. You can educate our children and communities 'til the cows come home, but it won't stop the sort of problems that deal with the sinful human nature.

Have you noticed lately how our children are being targeted? It seems like everyone wants to program them - the schools, the Communists, the Dominionists, environmentalists, and now the false peacemakers. Jesus said, "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you." They can't create peace, because it can only be provided in a relationship with Christ. His kingdom will bring perfect peace.

The next video contains comments from Marianne Williamson. She is actually steering this ship that is on a collision course, and is part of The Peace Alliance. It is the organization pushing the passage of the present bill toward approval, with Williamson and some other prominent New Agers, such as:  Barbara Marx Hubbard, James Redfield, Deepak Chopra, Gary Zukav, Wayne Dyer, and several others. Listen closely as Williamson describes her perspective on the function of the Department of Peace.

Marianne Williamson isn't specifically talking about families and gays in crisis due to hate crimes, rather a large group of desperate people - the population. In my personal opinion, it sounds more like they are concerned about the transition after the revolution, rather than individual cases of violence.

What wasn't mentioned in any of the videos is that the bill carries the creation of a multinational nonviolent peace force - the Peace police. Is that really necessary for a family fight or local isolated problems?

Who is Marianne Williamson?
In the book, For Many Shall Come in My Name, Ray Yungen studied how the New Age has infiltrated every part of life. He says that Williamson became popular largely through the Oprah show peddling her New Age teachings. She has since then made a subtle transition into the political arena. She is hoping to inspire a "new gospel" approach to national and world problems, which brings together political and social idealism and by embracing the metaphysical. What is being introduced through the Department of Peace is going to bring the Western world into the Aquarian dimension. Although Yungen didn't come out and state that meditation will be introduced as a means of bringing about peace and easy indoctrination, but it was the common link that tied his book together.

Alice Bailey, a Luciferian occultist, once made this prediction:
"The education and reorientation of the advanced human being must find its place in our mass education...The experienced voice of the eastern wisdom comes to us with one word - Meditation. The question naturally arises, "Is that all?" and the answer is, "Yes."
The Bottom Line
Through the use of meditation, the Department of Peace will be a way to enforce New Age-based hate-crime legislation and the New Age agenda. This legislation will ultimately remove the freedom of speech with regard to declaring the biblical Gospel.

It will also remove the freedom for pastors to say that the homosexual lifestyle is wrong and sinful, which is a freedom that has already been restricted in Canada. Also worked into the wording of the bill are restrictions
on ownership of handguns. [2]

The Department of Peace will become a control center for those who resist the effort to rid the world of Christian "narrow-mindedness" that would say there is only one way to God - through Jesus Christ. Does the legislation actually say this? No, but a number of Christians may be prosecuted for lacking tolerance of the rising sin and open dismay, despite assurances that the law was only going to target physical violence. Besides, wasn't this current war based on religion? Perhaps from their perspective.

"Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." Matt. 5:10
